### **Environment**:
Your OpenProject Version: 11.0 / Cloud Edition
Operating System / Browser / OpenProject language: Windows / Firefox / English

### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to work package list
2. Add a filter (e.g. Assignee) without setting a value
3. Close the filter menu (without deleting the newly set filter)
### **Actual Behavior**
The work package list appears grey and freezes, you can't select any work package (see: https://recordit.co/uQRon1Ew5D)
### **Expected Behavior**
The work package list can still be used as usual.
If necessary: The half-selected filter gets deleted automatically
