Your OpenProject Version: 11.0 / Cloud Edition
Operating System / Browser / OpenProject language: ? / Chrome 86 / English

### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to work package list
2. Choose a child work package (first hierarchy level below parent) beneath one of its siblings and click on it
3. Use the context menu to "Indent hierarchy"
### **Actual Behavior**
\[ASK ME FOR A SCREENCAST OF THIS\]
Indenting not possible. Instead the error message below gets displayed. Clicking on the link does nothing. Reloading the page has no effect, either (still not indented and when trying to same error message).

### **Expected Behavior**
Work package can be indented.
or: if the error message is justified clicking on the link should have some (visible) effect.
