**As** someone who receives support or sales emails
**I want** work packages to be automatically created to handle them in OpenProject
**so that** I don't have to create them manually and get a good overview over my current support tickets.
### Acceptance criteria
All emails sent to a specific email address will end up as tasks in OpenProject.
### To be discussed
* who will be set as author?
* should the customers be able to see their tickets in OpenProject? (this would increase the development efforts)
* should there be any feedback to the customer when/while the task is handled in OpenProject? this would increase the development efforts)
