### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to project and open side menu.
2. Scroll down and up again.
### **Actual Behavior**
Side menu does not scroll up all the way but is cut off (tested on device (iPhone X) and in browser emulator (Firefox)).
When scrolling to the bottom of the page, there is an empty space shown.
This seems to be a regression since it is displayed correctly on production (11.6.5).
