* When hovering above a work package bar two handles appears (front top and bottom end).
* The handle can be dragged mouse to another work package. 
* When using the handle at the end it creates a precedes relationship.
* When using the handle at the front it creates a follows relationship.
* The newly created relation can be seen during the drag and drop process.
* There is a handling of very small bars.
