Begin of the insertion#33392 turned set the dates for work packages created as children to the dates of their parent. The same does not happen when existing work packages (potentially already having dates) are turned into children

### **Steps to reproduce:**End of the deletion

1. Open the work packages list
2. Create two work packages (A and B). A is directly above B in the work packages list
3. Set a start date and finish date for work package A
4. Right-click on B and choose "indent hierarchy"

### **Actual Behavior**

The start date and finish date of A are now empty (no date set).

### **Expected Behavior**

According to #33925 work package B should now have the same start and finish dates as work package A
