### **Environment**:
Your OpenProject Version: Cloud Edition
Operating System / Browser / OpenProject language: Win10 / Chrome / EN
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Create a view anywhere (in a project or My Page), set a filter for Start date, in less than, n days
Before filter is applied:
<figure class="image image_resized" style="width:46.07%;"><img src="/api/v3/attachments/19172/content"><figcaption>View before the filter is applied. Note the &quot;Test overdue&quot; task, which disappears below. HELP! that&#39;s the most important one!</figcaption></figure>
View before the filter is applied. Note the "Test overdue" task, which disappears below. HELP! that's the most important one!
After filter is applied:
<figure class="image image_resized" style="width:38.21%;"><img src="/api/v3/attachments/19171/content"><figcaption>The view with the filter applied. Nicht gut.</figcaption></figure>
The view with the filter applied. Nicht gut.
### **Actual Behavior**
Only work pages with a start date of TODAY and up to the days set into the future. Tasks that started more than 1 day AGO are not displayed.
NB: Yes, there is a filter to look at days in the past "is less than days ago" but this makes it impossible to create a view for all tasks that are both due in a few days and that are currently active or overdue. In our use case, this is really the only logical view to use. Now we all are using two views, which is very cumbersome:
<figure class="image"><img src="/api/v3/attachments/19173/content"><figcaption>My designers have to use two views, this should not be necessary.</figcaption></figure>
My designers have to use two views, this should not be necessary.
### **Expected Behavior**
All tasks with a start date of <n days (including those with a start date in the past) should be displayed. Simple math: **\-5 < 7**, or at least that is what I learned in school!
