**As** a project manager
**I want** to easily and quickly schedule parent work packages directly from the Gantt chart
**so that** I don't have to open the date picker to plan parent work packages.
Current behavior (scheduling parent work packages only possible through date picker):
**Acceptance criteria**
* Project managers are able to either switch the entire plan to a manual scheduling mode to plan parent work packages.
* Alternatively, it is possible to set a work package to manual scheduling and then to schedule that parent work package in the Gantt chart.
