### **Environment**:
Your OpenProject Version: 10.6.5
Operating System / Browser / Language: Windows 10 pro version 1903 64-bit / Google Chrome 85.0.4183.83 64-bit / English
### **Logs**
Chrome reports some errors in the console though they seem unrelated to this bug:

### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to some work package that has more activities than one screen can fit.
2. Scroll down the activities and copy a link to some activity that does not appear on the initial view of the work package - you get a link that looks as follows: [https://your.openproject.server/projects/your\_project/work\_packages/174/activity?query\_id=29#activity-9](https://your.openproject.server/projects/your_project/work_packages/174/activity?query_id=29#activity-9)
3. Open a new browser tab and go to the URL copied at step 2.
### **Actual Behavior**
The initial work package view is displayed i.e. the application does not scroll down the activities automatically to the activity specified by the URL - e.g. **activity-9** in the Steps to Reproduce.
### **Expected Behavior**
The application should display the work package and scroll down the activities automatically to the activity specified by the URL - e.g. **activity-9** in the Steps to Reproduce.
Note that a similar feature works perfectly in Redmine and it is very helpful when it is necessary to refer to a specific comment in a long discussion.
