### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to documents module.
2. Fill out all required values, click on attachment area and select one or multiple documents (see gif).
3. Save.
### **Actual Behavior**
Internal error shown and documents not uploaded.
### **Expected Behavior**
Documents uploaded without error.
