Changing the defaul Status currently may lead to an unexpected result that status for work packages cannot be set properly (see former bug report below).
**As** an OpenProject user
**I want** to be able to configure a new workflow for types indipendent from the default status
**so that** I can also start with a different status than the default one.
**To be clarified:**
* How can we avoid the problem of missing status transitions if e.g. a type is changed.
### **Former Bug report:**
### **Environment**:
Your OpenProject Version: Cloud Edition
Operating System / Browser / Language: Win 10 / Chrome / German
### **Logs**
Are there errors in the browser console? ([Click here for information on how to open your browser's console](https://webmasters.stackexchange.com/a/77337)) For a local installation: Are there relevant logs output by `openproject logs` (packaged installation) or in a log/production.log or /var/log/openproject/ ? Please attach error output in these log files if applicable
No errors.
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to page [https://masterflexgroup.openproject.com/projects/marketing-kommunikation/work\_packages/429/activity](https://masterflexgroup.openproject.com/projects/marketing-kommunikation/work_packages/429/activity)
2. Click on status button, set it to "Inhalt": You see the new workflow
3. Click on status button, set it to "Aufgabe": You see the new workflow, but you should see the standard workflow
### **Actual Behavior**
You do not see the standard workflow for a task ("Aufgabe", see screenshots no. 1/2/3). Instead you see the workflow from another task type ("Inhalt", see screenshots no. 4/5/6).
### **Expected Behavior**
There should be the standard workflow (see screenshots no. 2/3) for task type "Aufgabe" (see screenshot no. 1).
