Your OpenProject Version: 10.6
Operating System / Browser / Language: Mac / Chrome

### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to a work package detail
2. Add something in the description
3. Create a comment and paste an image. This will reset the description to the original one
4. Save the comment. This will load the last description (modified). If we would cancel the comment, instead of saving it, this will leave the original description (not modified) in the view, even when the modified description has been saved on the backend. Reloading the work package detail shows the modified description.
