Operating System / Browser / Language: Mac / Chrome

### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to Administration
2. Click on Time and Cost
3. Click on Cost types
4. Click on the button + Cost type
### **Actual Behavior**
Even that the rate is sent properly, it doesn't appear on the list.
### **Expected Behavior**
The rate should be saved and shown in the view.
