### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to a Gantt Chart
2. Drag a child of a work package on out its date range
### **Actual Behavior**
1. The child is placed outside of the date range but
2. The backend returns an error:
### **Expected Behavior**
The child should not be able to be placed outside of the parent's date range on the UI it is not allowed to do so on the backend.
