### **Environment**:
Your OpenProject Version: **10.6.5** / Community Edition
Operating System / Browser / Language:
Debian 10 /Edge - installation via PuTTy
### **Logs**
syncing data to disk ... ok
Success. You can now start the database server using:
pg\_ctlcluster 10 main start
Ver Cluster Port Status Owner Data directory Log file
**10 main 5432 down postgres /var/lib/postgresql/10/main /var/log/postgresql/postgresql-10-main.log**
update-alternatives: using /usr/share/postgresql/10/man/man1/postmaster.1.gz to provide /usr/share/man/man1/postmaster.1.gz (postmaster.1.gz) in auto mode
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Run the installation deb, Debian 10
### **Actual Behavior**
As above, 5432 down.
**Expected Behavior**
It used to work smoothly on any other VPS with Debian 10.
I marked this as high priority, because it causes all other problems, and makes working with dbase hard.
