**As** an OpenProject user
**I want** to add external users (who do not have an OpenProject account) to the list of meeting participants
**so that** I can easily see who participated in a meeting.
Acceptance criteria
* External users (without an OpenProject account) should be selectable for list of invitees (and participants) --> to see right away who was invited / participated in a meeting
* External users should only be displayed (should not have access to OpenProject)
