### **Environment**:
OpenProject 10.6.1
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to "View all projects" list.
2. Option options for "Active" filter.
### **Actual Behavior**
Options for "Active" filter are fairly unclear ("Yes", "No").
It is not very clear what this filter does / that users can display archived projects this way.
### **Expected Behavior**
Rename filter and options - as it used to be in prior version of OpenProject
* e.g. to "Active or archived" for the filter (or something more descriptive)
* e.g. to "active" and "archived" as filter values (instead of "Yes", "No")
