Both users and groups are available via the API v3 via GET but only users can currently be maintained via the API.
Especially, adding users to a group, which is done quite often to ease maintenance is a feature that is missed.

* Be able to see current users of a group
* Be able to add users to a group
* Be able to remove users from a group
