### **Environment**:
OpenProject production (10.6.1)
Chrome
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Add (non-admin) user to project (e.g. role "Member").
2. Add a group to the project which the user is a member of (e.g. role "Reader").
3. Remove the group from the project.
4. Try to remove user from project or try to adjust his permissions.
### **Actual Behavior**
User cannot be removed from project and permissions cannot be changed. It appears that the restrictions imposed by the group are still imposed despite the group being removed from the project.
### **Expected Behavior**
User permissions can be adjusted when group is removed. User can be removed when group is removed.
