### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Open any work package in full or split screen view
2. Click into the description
3. Try to tab into the toolbar / check or uncheck boxes via keyboard ...
### **Actual Behavior**
None of the elements within the CKEditor are accessible via keyboard.
### **Expected Behavior**
All actions that can be performed by mouse click are also focusable and selectable via keyboard. Also (hierarchical) lists (unordered, numeric or checklists) should be navigable via common keys (e.g. tab, arrow keys ...).
