**I** want to alter multiple work packages’ responsible via the work package context menu
**so that** it is fast to alter the responsible.

**Acceptance criteria**

- “Responsible” is available in the context menu
- The submenu has the same options available to the user as the work package single edit form
- The submenu entries are sorted
- Wenn clicking on a responsible submenu entry the selected work packages receive the clicked user as their responsible. Begin of the deletion
