### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to work package page.
2. Open task in split screen.
3. Add existing work package as subtask.
4. Remove sub task.
### **Actual Behavior**
Expand / collapse arrow still shown next to (former) parent work package even though it has no sub tasks anymore (page reload resolves issue):
### **Expected Behavior**
Arrow removed.
