### **Environment**:
PullPreview (dev)
Firefox
Chinese language settings seem to amplify this (also happens e.g. in German though)
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to EE request trial page.
2. Request trial but don't confirm by email yet.
3. Go to Enterprise Edition page.
### **Actual Behavior**
Page reloads uncontrollabely (especially with Chinese language settings). Error occurred especially after #33085.
### **Expected Behavior**
Page does not reload all the time.
