As a project manager working with OpenProject
I want to quickly see which tasks are unassigned from my Assignee board and assign this to my project members
so that I can quickly assign the workload.
Acceptance criteria:
* Add the option "Unassigned" (or similar) as an option to the assignee board select modal so it can be (optionally) added.
