### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to Admin > System administration.
2. Select tab "Email notifications".
### **Actual Behavior**
Loading the tab takes a long time and the navigation is not shown during that time. - It looks as if the screen is frozen.
### **Expected Behavior**
Loads more quickly.
