### **Environment**:
OpenProject 10.3.1
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to work package page.
2. Set a value for "Estimated time" for a work package, then remove that value (by setting it to 0).
3. Filter for "Estimated time: none".
### **Actual Behavior**
Only work packages which never had a value assigned for "Estimated time" are included in the filter result.
### **Expected Behavior**
All work packages which have no value for "Estimated time" should be included in the filter result.
