#### Acceptance criteria
* Time logging widget which allows the user to
* See the logged time for a given time frame
* Edit time entries
* Create time entries
* Delete time entries
* Replaces the table based, non interactive "Spent time (last 7 years)" widget
* All modifications are interactive and use autocompleters
#### Out of scope
* Replace existing rails based views for adding, modifying and deleting time entries
* Replace list based widget on the project overview page
