* The menu item enabled modules should be renamed to **Modules** (same as e.g. for Custom fields).
* Rename Backlog Settings to **Backlogs settings** (same as for other menu items, e.g. in Administration it is plural).
* Rename Backlog Settings to **Backlogs settings** (same as for other menu items, e.g. in Administration it is plural).
