Bug DOCU-30: Links within Help and feedback to EDIT THIS PAGE are not correct

We need to place the correct link to the corresponding document in GitHub in the Help and feedback section so a user would be able to add changes to this document.
At the moment it always links to https://github.com/opf/openproject.
