Operating System / Browser / Language:

### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Change password of the email that send notifications defined in https://projectos.reditus.pt/settings?tab=notifications -> Configure your email provider
2. Modify and Create an wiki page that on save will generate notifications
3. Press save
### **Actual Behavior**
internal server error, panic .
### **Expected Behavior**
maybe pop up a message that can't send emails , with or without saving the wiki page, what give you less work.
