**QA system**
- preview.openproject.org version: 5.0.pre15
- Core version: 3.0.0pre29
**Actual behavior**
- When the language settings are set to German, several words in “permissions” are in English.
**Expected behavior**
- When the language is set to German, all words should be displayed in German.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Set language to German.
2. Go to permission configuration (Modules \> Administration \> Roles and Permissions \> New role)
3. Several words are in English.
