### **Environment**:
Your OpenProject Version: `fix/grid_d_n_d_on_replacing_higher_widgets`
Operating System / Browser / Language: Linux Chrome
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Gird with one column and two widgets
2. If you drag the second widget above the first widget, another row gets added.
### **Actual Behavior**
But if you drag the first widget below the second no additional row gets added
### **Expected Behavior**
Another row should be added.
