In any WP attribute selector of type _User_ add the option to invite.

Just an email-address is needed to invite.

* **Most gains here:** If the inviting member is also admin the invitation gets send straight away.
* If the inviting member is project admin then it will request the admin to add that user to the system.
* If the inviting member is a simple member then it will request the project admin to add a user who then can ask the admin. Begin of the insertion
