### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Compare edit abilities offered by the ckeditor menu between rails and angular (overview page vs project settings)
### **Actual Behavior**
* project text custom field:
* table available in rails
* table unavailable in angular
* project description
* Both are the same
* project status
* table available in rails
* table unavailable in angular
### **Expected Behavior**
At the least, the same menu should be displayed on both pages. I suggest to resolve the inconsistencies in the following way:
* Project text custom field: **No** tables available
* Project description: Tables available
* Project status: Tables available
