### **Environment**:
Your OpenProject Version: 10.0.0
Operating System / Browser / Language:
* Linux / Firefox or Chrome / German
* or this system!
### **Logs**
Are there errors in the browser console? No
For a local installation: Are there relevant logs output by `openproject logs` (packaged installation) or in a log/production.log or /var/log/openproject/ ? No
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Open editor in WP description or comment
2. Enter (without the quotes) "##123" or "###123" or "##test" or "###test"
3. Finally: Enter "##123"
4. Save
### **Actual Behavior**
For step 2:
* The autocompletion, which is available for one hash, doesn't appear
For step 3+4:
* The expansion for 2 or 3 hashes follow by a WP number with the full topic or with the topic and the description (and status...) doesn't work
### **Expected Behavior**
* The autocompletion as it was for up to 3 hashes in earlier versions and as it still works for 1 hash should work again
The following WP references should be expanded as it was (example reference to WP 123)
* [x] One hash (working): #123
* [ ] Two hashes (**not working**): ##123
* Expected: _Feature #123 Closed: Change headline "Why choose OpenProject?"_
* [ ] Three hashes (**not working**): ###123
* Expected: See two hashes above plus full description
