As a project stakeholder
I want to understand how the status has changed over time.
So I can better monitor the project and and have some sort of control.
**Acceptance criteria**
* Journals on project status (green, amber, red....)
* Project status comment
**Nice to have**
* Changes on other attributes, e.g. project custom fields
**TBD**
* Where and how is the history displayed?
* How is the status comment edited? The status and status\_summary fields can probably be edited via the project settings (#31114) and via the widget (#31116), so the user should also to provide the comment on in both places.
