**Current behavior**
* All other widgets are greyed out
* Grid placeholder appear
* The resized widget remains optically the same size
* There are changes in the placeholder lines
Expected behavior
* There is a dynamic preview of the new widget size.
* There is a dotted border around the used placeholder.
* If there is already a widget in the resized area this widget is pushed to the next placeholder (e.g. after taking 50 % of the placeholder size).
