Bug OP-6169: Translation missing error for work package type

### **Environment**:

qa.openproject-edge.com

Chrome

### **Steps to reproduce:**

1. Go to Administration > Types.
2. Select type "Bug".

### **Actual Behavior**

All groups are displayed as "Translation missing".

### **Expected Behavior**

Correctly displays name of groups.
