### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to administration
2. Take a look at e.g. "Authentication" entry.
3. Select e.g. "OAuth Anwendung" and click on one of two links -> open in same tab instead of new one.
4. Click e.g. on "Two factor authentication" and click on link -> opens in same tab
### **Actual Behavior**
Links open in same tab.
### **Expected Behavior**
Links open in separate tab so users do not lose OpenProject tab.
