**As** an OpenProject user working with many wiki pages
**I want** to be able to collapse the table of contents in the side menu (not the macro)
**so that** I'm not distracted by a long list of entries
**Acceptance criteria:**
* Allow users to collapse the wiki ToC and save that state (collapsed or expanded)
* Have the Table of Content collapsed by default

Further information:
* This was requested by 2 Enterprise customers
* The issue is that the Table of Contents clutters the side menu and makes it more difficult to see the most important information
* We may want to evaluate removing / hiding the Table of Contents in the side menu since it displays all wiki pages in the project - also those which are not relevant for the users
