Firefox 68.0.2 (64-bit)
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to OpenProject administration (in Cloud environment).
2. Select "Enterprise Edition" from menu.
### **Actual Behavior**
Enterprise Edition entry shown (should not be visible for Cloud Edition).
Page not found.
### **Expected Behavior**
Enterprise Edition entry hidden for Cloud Edition.
