### **Environment**:
qa.openproject-edge.com
Firefox (68.0.2 (64-bit))
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to work package page.
2. Create new child work package (from context menu).
3. Try to change order or (just created) work package.
### **Actual Behavior**
Drag & drop handle not shown. Cannot drag & drop WP (need page reload).
### **Expected Behavior**
Drag & drop handle shown right away. Can drag & drop work package.
