### Acceptance criteria
* Remove the my\_project\_page module from the code base and ensure that everything runs fine
* Write migrations removing the tables from the database (overlaps in parts with #29356)
### Notes
The removal of AngularJS 1.6 (#29554) has removed the functionality to edit my-project pages, since that whole module is likely going to be replaced in the scope of 10.0. Depending on how much of it is replaced, we may need to reinstate editing the old blocks for 10.0 (undesirable) or accept that the page is not editable in 10.0. (Moved in from #30489)
