### Acceptance criteria
* add widget displaying the project description
### Notes
* The API already returns the project's description. However, it is wrongfully not displayed to be a formattable. This should be fixed along the way.
* Replacing the current edit button to allow editing the description directly in the widget would require an update end point for projects in the API
