### Acceptance criteria
* add widget listing all the project's subprojects
### Notes
* Requires adding a parent filter to the projects api. There is already an ancestors filter which however would return all descendants of a project. Or we could rely on the level list end point currently used in the drop down but that end point does not allow filtering which however could be done in the front end.
