### **Environment**:
Your OpenProject Version: 9.0.2 / Cloud Edition
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Have a work package assigned to a closed version
2. Click on status
3. Select a status
### **Actual Behavior**
The status is not displayed to be locked and when a selection is made for the status, it appears to be accepted but after a reload, the change is undone.
### **Expected Behavior**
The status should be displayed to be locked.
