**As** a user
**I** want to alter multiple work packages’ responsible via bulk editing
**so that** it is fast.
**Acceptance criteria**
- “Responsible” is available in the bulk edit form
- The options available to the user are the same as for assignees (all project members + “no change” + “nobody”)
- Wenn setting a value for responsible and submitting, all edited work packages receive the new responsible value.
