Reproduce:
1. As a user with the permission "Show board views" but without the permission "Manage boards " go to the boards view.
2. Click on the button to create a board and select a board. -> Error message shown.
Expected: Button "+ Board" deactivated if user doesn't have the permission "Manage boards".
