Reproduce:
1. Go to MyPage.
2. Click on "Create new work package" link below a work package table.
3. Scroll page while dropdown menu is open.
Actual:
* Menu scrolls with page.
Expected:
* Menu stays in place.
Tested in Chrome, FF, MS Edge.
