Reproduce:
1. Use Google Chrome with German language settings.
2. Use OpenProject with German language settings.
3. Track time onto work packages for different days and enter decimal values (using a comma as separator).
4. Go to "My page", add widget "Spent time" (if necessary) and take a look at the aggregated time for each day.
Actual behavior:
* Aggregated time not shown correctly.
* Error message "Failed to format number with Angular".
